All registrations are subject to age verification during the KYC process.

If phgame2 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, any real-money balance will be returned to the depositor of record, and the personal data will be securely deleted in compliance with applicable law.

Parents and guardians who believe their minor child has accessed or registered on phgame2 are encouraged to contact phgame2 support immediately.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of phgame2 following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the revised policy, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
