3.1 One Account Per Member. Each individual may hold only one (1) phgame2 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus-derived funds.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phgame2 may suspend or terminate accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phgame2 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phgame2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification. phgame2 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests and may request documentary proof of identity (e.g., a government-issued Philippine ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phgame2 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven cash-in, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each method are displayed in the phgame2 deposit section and are subject to change.
4.2 Currency. All phgame2 accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at phgame2's prevailing exchange rate, which may differ from interbank rates.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered in your phgame2 account. phgame2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. phgame2 aims to process standard withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section of the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, volume of requests, and completion status of your KYC verification.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phgame2 complies with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. phgame2 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit and to delay or decline withdrawal requests that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
Important: Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be subject to review before withdrawal. phgame2 reserves the right to apply processing fees for withdrawals that do not meet minimum wagering thresholds, where disclosed in the applicable promotion terms.
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits issued by phgame2 are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
5.2 One Offer Per Member. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per Member, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. phgame2 may withdraw or amend any promotion at its sole discretion.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Systematic exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, constitutes bonus abuse. phgame2 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where abuse is detected.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance.
6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on phgame2 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail except in relation to specific game mechanics, where the game rules govern.
6.2 Malfunction Voids All Pays. In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption affecting the outcome of any game, phgame2 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to your account. phgame2 is not liable for any loss resulting from such voids.
6.3 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on phgame2. These limits are displayed in the game interface and may be modified from time to time. phgame2 may additionally impose individual account bet limits at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures.
6.4 Finality of Results. Subject to Section 6.2, all game results determined by phgame2's certified RNG systems are final. phgame2 does not reverse valid game outcomes on the basis of perceived unfairness of a result, as all games involve an inherent element of chance.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgame2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

10.3 phgame2's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to statutory rights that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
10.4 You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entire amount wagered. phgame2 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes.
phgame2 collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using phgame2, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting obligations.
phgame2 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered Members via the contact details on file (registered mobile number or email address) or through a prominent notice on the phgame2 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to phgame2's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction in the Philippines, including PAGCOR where the dispute concerns gaming regulatory matters.
